Adult Safeguarding Training
All those working with children, young people and adults at risk must have the appropriate level of training according to their role.
To ensure that the learning is applicable for each staff group; Safeguarding training should be updated and contextualised to adopt the processes and support available within each agency. Therefore, employees and volunteers are advised to undertake the training that is provided by their partner agency, irrespective of whether they have received this from within another organisation.
Training is provided by our Workforce Development team and can be accessed via Suffolk CPD Online.

SAB Training Endorsement Process
The SAB Training Endorsement Process demonstrates the commitment offered by the Suffolk Safeguarding Adults Board to Partner Agencies in relation to both the training and educational resources that they provide and the support that is available.
SAB advocates 'face-to-face' training, but we recognise that this is not always possible. To support our partners, we offer a variety of safeguarding courses which can be accessed via www.suffolkcpd.co.uk
